Flower of Episcia Reptans
We used to call it daun perak (silver leaf). This hanging plant has little but bright color of flowers (red or orange). A few days ago, I saw this blooming flower; so, I capture and share it for you. Visit Today's Flowers to see more beautiful flowers.
I’ve ever read that the leaves can be used to treat ulcers, but I’ve never tried it. I hope I won’t…

Amazing colour! I hope you won't ever need to find out if can really be used treat ulcers or not :)
A beautifully composed shot and a lovely flower. I have never heard about its medicinal properties regarding treating ulcers, that's very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Such gorgeous bloom. I haven't seen that flower before. Great shot
Never heard of it's malay name here or the medicinal uses, but I've seen them at the nursery. Beautiful colour!
I wonder what is this flower, 'daun perak' in English? It is lovely!

Haha, my mind was asking if the flower can cure some minor disease, until I read it and then my question was answered. Anyway I just thought because the name is already scientific. :-)
very vibrant red!
