Artificial Intelligence giving a boost to the manufacturing sector!

Artificial Intelligence is no more futuristic approach or seems very far away to adopt. We are living in a world where are heavily surrounded by the AI systems and we are becoming dependent on them as well. They are offering much more than any other technology. GPS has become more accurate and easy to use than spatial navigation. Not only this, we are becoming very habitual of using Apple’s Siri or be it Amazon’s Echo. They have made our lives much easier. And it is also predicted that we will achieve the AI running programs with 5000 IQ. There is also a possible way that these technologies have the potential to remove half of the human jobs which are especially white color jobs.

With new algorithms and data manipulations, we are able to make most out of the data which is relevant for growth. But in this article, we are going to focus on what is the role of artificial intelligence in manufacturing companies and how it can bring revolution to them.
The manufacturing industry is always keen to adopt various types of technologies and they have welcomed Artificial Intelligence with open arms. With the new advancement in this technology, they are pursuing the dream of using this intelligent engine to drive most part of the industry which will include supply chain, design team, production line, and quality control and make them networked. So following are the benefits of having in technology in manufacturing area:

Smart maintenance

It is often seen that the machinery maintenance in the production line is the major expense in the industry and it affects the overall cost of maintaining the plant. There are often cases when the machinery malfunction results in losses which account up to $10,000. But with the help of AI-driven technology and machine learning, we are able to maintain the maintenance of the machinery as they are loaded with algorithms which are designed to predict the next failure of a part, machine or system.

Rise in Quality

In this era of industrialization and modernization, there are many deadlines which the companies have to meet along with having good quality assurance of the product as well. This becomes difficult when the companies are wholly depended on the manpower. So with the help of an AI-based system, the quality control can be maximized and it becomes more efficient and the companies will be able to meet more deadlines along with the assured quality product.

Becoming adaptive to market changes

There are ongoing market trends in the industry and they change very often. But these ai based systems have the ability to walk with them. They are able to predict the market demand o the product and assumptions that are necessary for the sales. They are able to predict the market by looking for patterns linking location, socioeconomic and macroeconomic factors. This also includes weather patterns, political status, along with consumer behavior and many more.

Indeed, the revolution period is going on for ai in the manufacturing sector and it is sure to have more hikes in the coming days.

Wonders of Rice Water

Since the past few months, I include rice water in my hair care and skin care routines. It is a kind of safe, cheap and easy home beauty treatment that you can try. The results can be seen after a few weeks or sooner if you apply it regularly.  Now my facial skin tone is a bit brighter although the dark spots not yet faded and my black hair is shiny, healthier and smoother. I can say that good results more noticeable on my hair strands since my previous hair was coarse, dry and tangled.  Thus it works for me, girls. If you want to know more about rice water, continue reading.
The water used to wash rice grain is not a waste matter; it turns out that rice water has many benefits for beauty. To get clear and bright skin, many women are willing to try various skin whitening products that are quite expensive. Actually, there is another way to get clearer skin which does not need a lot of money, yep, you can use rice water.

Rice water content

Rice contains several substances that can be used for beauty, the essential content contained in rice usually called oryzanol that has the ability to ward off UV rays into the skin so it is very good for skin health.

Rice water is full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids that are important for healthy hair and skin -including ferulic acid, powerful antioxidants, and allantoin- which contain anti-inflammatory properties. There are still many other ingredients that also very good for skin health.

How to use rice water

Here is the easiest method that I follow; just by mixing water and rice grain (the organic is the best option). The rice is about 1/4 kilogram (250 gram). Feeling lazy to scale, I commonly use a mug (200 ml-180 gram) to measure the gain. Put the rice on a bowl and immerse it with water. Then stir evenly the water with rice and squeeze the rice so that you get cloudy white washed water. Do this three times. Then put the filtered rice water in a container or other available storage. If stored in the refrigerator, rice water in a closed container can last about one week

I cook the grain for my meals while I put the water in used plastic bottles of face toner products. Using facial cotton, I apply the water to wash my face every morning and night before bed or at all times I want. For my hair care routine, I use rice water as hair conditioner every after shampooing.  Pour adequate water on the whole clean hair strands, massage your scalp and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

Benefits for face and skin

1. Facial cleanser

Clean your face using a cotton ball; gently massaging it into the skin for several minutes. Leave the face dry to make sure it is fully absorbed. Doing it regularly will produce skin that feels soft, firm and radiant.

2. Face toner

You can also use rice water as a toner. Soak a cotton ball or pad and use it for the face after cleansing to minimize the appearance of pores and tighten the skin. This natural skin toner enhances cell growth, stimulates blood flow, and helps keep your skin smooth and bright.

3. Acne treatment

Not only brightens skin, rice water also helps cure acne and cools the skin. Rice water functions as an astringent on the skin, tightening the pores. Its allantoin ingredient can reduce the excessive oil which is one of the causes of acne.

4. Treating eczema

Components of starch in rice water are also effective in reducing the effects of eczema on your skin. Dip a clean cloth in the water and pat the entire affected skin. Do it for a few minutes and make sure you dry it.

5. For irritated skin

Apply rice water to the rash or other skin inflammation to calm it naturally. A dermatological study for patients with a topic dermatitis states that bathing with rice water twice a day for 15 minutes can improve the condition significantly.

6. Relieves inflammation of the skin

Rice water is also used to relieve inflammation and burning skin. This will help the skin recover quickly and prevent further damage. Cold rice water is preferred for treating the sunburn skin.

Girls, try at home and hopefully it works well for you.
