Step 9: Walk one step at a time.Don’t be too concerned about how much there is to do, or how impossible some of the tasks seem. Just get one thing done at a time, again and again. Just do what’s in your power, and brush aside all other concerns. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Step 10: Know that the time to act is always ‘now’.You can’t change the mind of the person you are later. There is no later, it’s always now or never. The moment, ever present, ever powerful, is before you. And it has limitless potential. The time to accept responsibility for your happiness and freedom is now. The time to change your destiny is now. Accept that change is unavoidable; it is part of our life’s journey.

Be ready to accommodate change in your life. Your personal growth depends on this. So does your state of mind. Do not delay. Remember that if you keep your face to the sunshine, you cannot see the shadows. Accept imperfection. You don’t have to wait for perfection to be happy!

As you begin to eliminate your need for perfection in all areas of your life, you will begin to notice the perfection in life as some painful past loss. Stay in the present moment.

Step 2: Start all over again, if necessary.Any time you truly choose, you can start your life over, without permission from any higher authority. You can have just as many new beginnings as you are willing to leave behind all your old ideas and conditioning about the concepts of right and wrong. Life can be as new as you choose it to be.

Step 3: Stop looking outside of yourself.After endlessly looking for it outside, realize that the answer is within you. Your life is only as complete as you are—no more, no less. Looking to your work, relationships or events for a feeling of self-completion is a self-defeating exercise.

Step 4: Don’t try to control every moment of your life or another’s. It causes more disharmony than any other process. Keep in mind that everything and every person must go through their own lives, based on their own awareness, at their own pace. Allow this to happen. Let something higher have its hand at directing your life, in shaping your destiny. Learn to let go!

Step 5: Don’t live for others.
There is no satisfying the fear that you may displease others. Allowing what others may feel about you to dictate how you feel about yourself is like believing that someone else can decide your identity for you. This choice gives away your power. The only real strength comes from knowing that you have your own likes and dislikes in your own life, and can never make everyone happy with everything that you are, or can do.

A Woman was Laboring a Baby without Pregnancy? Is it True?

Based on her story, after her mother went outside the room, Suryati felt something strange in her stomach and around. It shaked, cramped, and then grew bigger and bigger… Suryati was screaming loudly in scare. Suparmi, her mother, heard her screaming, ran hurriedly enter the room. Seeing her daughter in pain, Suparmi went to get help from neighbors. When she was back at home, Suparmi was very shocked to see there was a red baby near Suryati’s legs, still with attached navel string, but there’s no fetal membrane water and just a little blood.

Neighbors were coming to help and they also called the village midwife. Suryati was so weak and shocked, but she’s healthy. There’s nothing problem with the mother and the baby, until now. The baby is a healthy boy; his name is Muhammad Wahyu Cahyono. There’s another strange, it turned out that the baby boy has been circumcised before!

Suparmi, her mother, was convinced that her daughter wasn’t pregnant; she still has menstruation in May and every month before. This unusual case has attracted attention from local government, local police and doctors. Investigation and medical examination is still running. I’ll share here the results, soon it’s revealed. Making Peace with Your Past

Are you haunted by something that happened in your past? It could be someone offended you or you made a decision that you regret. To face this problem, I’ll share here an article that written by the famous Dr. Phil.

Dr. Phil said that forgiveness is what you do for yourself, not for other people. When you forgive, it doesn't mean that you approve of what's happened. Rather, it means that you're giving yourself permission to move on with your life.

• Forgiveness is a choice. Don't wait for it to just wash over you all of a sudden. You have to choose it.


• Don't give your power away. The pain of what happened is unavoidable, but continuing to suffer is optional. The only person you can control is you. By constantly reliving the pain of what happened, you are giving your power away to the person who offended you.


• Don't cling to negative feelings. Anger is nothing more than an external sign of hurt, fear, guilt, grief or frustration. While the pain may never completely disappear, forgiveness can help you release the anger and bring those in your life closer to you.


• There is no right timeline for recovery. For some people, making peace happens suddenly and spontaneously. For others, it takes time and effort. You may have to make a conscious effort every day to forgive. To say, "I'm letting this go. I'm not going to invest hatred, bitterness, anger, resentment in this person anymore." • Consider what you need to do to get emotional closure. Maybe you just need a simple apology. Find your minimal effective response — the easiest thing you can do to resolve your pain.

• Listen to your internal dialogue. What are you saying to yourself? Write them down without censoring them. Is what you're saying fair and true? If not, generate new ways of thinking. Someone may have said horrible things to you long ago, but it's possible you took over for them when it stopped.

• Share your experience with others. Finding a lesson in what happened can help put the experience in perspective and your emotions in check. People can thrive and suffer at the same time
