DIY Beauty Treatment



Taking care of face and skin is necessary, but with the number of products that must be purchased, these beauty treatment products may seem expensive. Anticipate it with trying beauty treatments you can make at home with ingredients that can be bought in the nearby supermarket.  

If you don’t have long time in between your busy times, you can slip the treatment times between your daily schedules. For example, before you go to bed or a few minutes before you leave for work. Remember, don’t ever neglect your skin and face. Rest assured, twenty years from now, you will be grateful for doing this treatment.

Before you begin, make sure the skin which will be given maintenance has been cleaned. Next, prepare your equipment and have fun.

1.Facial treatment.
 
Problem: Started sagging skin.
Homemade solution: Do you look for a mask that can make your skin feel tighter and pores appear smaller? Egg white is the answer. Separate the egg white from the yolk and directly apply on cleansed face. Let stand for five minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Dehydrated skin.
Solution: Mix two drops of lavender oil with baking soda and water. Stir until it turns into a kind of paste. Apply on face and leave on for five minutes. Rinse and then apply a moisturizer. This lightweight mask to exfoliate the skin will make it easier to absorb moisturizer.

Tired and dull skin.

Solution: Grate one or two pieces of cucumber. Then applied directly to the skin. You can apply this mask on the area under the eyes. Let stand for five minutes and rinse thoroughly. Your skin will feel fresher.
Another way: cut half an apple and rub gently its white shide on the skin. It can help flatten the texture of your skin.

Scaly skin.
Solution: Combine a rather rough sea salt with a little water until it feels like a paste. Apply on your problematic part twice a day until healed. Don’t rub.

Acne.
Solution: Soak a piece of bread in milk. Place it on top of your acne and lie down. Let stand until 30 minutes then rinse.
Another way: make a pot of chamomile tea. Insert the tea into the mold to make ice cubes and freeze. Once frozen, remove one, wrap it in a thin cloth and rub on the face.

Irritated or sensitive skin.
Solution: Soak a clean cloth in the milk, wring it out and apply the compress to the irritated skin. Let stand for ten minutes and rinse with warm water.

Oily skin.
Solution: Mix egg white with a strawberry that has been blended. Apply on face and leave on for ten minutes and then rinsed.

2. Lip care.
The problem of dry lips.
Solution: apply a lot of petroleum jelly and use a soft baby toothbrush to scrub your lips in a circular motion. It will slough off dry skin.

Dry lips to peel.
Solution: The dry and peeling lips is annoying, especially when you are going to wear lipstick. Here’s how to reduce it : wet the lips and put a piece of masking tape on your lips. Pull slowly, the peeling skin will be be carried away by the tape.

3. Body treatments.
Problem: Dry and rough knees and elbows.
Solution: cut one half part of lemon and paste on your elbows and knees. Let stand for two minutes, then wash with soap and water. Another way: squeeze one lemon and mix with two spoons of sugar or salt. Rub on the rough part as a body scrub.

Dull-looking skin.
Solution: Mix one cup of coarse sea salt with a little water until the mixture moist and shaped like a paste. Rub on the body as a scrub from feet up to the top. Avoid chest and neck area. Use the rotating massaging motion. Rinse the salt with warm water.

Rough soles.
Solution: Mix ½ cup of sea salt, ½ lemon juice and 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil. Massage on the foot, last rinse with warm water, pat dry, and apply moisturizer.

Rough and dry skin.
Solution: Mix two tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of powdered milk to make a body cleanser will leave skin feeling soft and smooth. Once wetted body, gently rub the mixture on the entire body, then rinse thoroughly.
