Another Flowering Shrub

I think these flowers look like jasmine. I don’t know the flower’s name. I’ve browsed to search it; but still no luck. I can’t smell the scent of these flowers; but this butterfly seems too busy to know my presence.

This plant belongs to my neighbor; their house is rather far from ours. Perhaps I should ask the owner.
