Hand Washing is Important!

Yep, hand washing is important for all ages, especially for kids. Hand washing could become the best defense against bugs and germs! Whatever your age, being sick is no fun. My husband has already got flu for a week; and he’s not well yet.

Teaching your kids the significance of appropriate hand washing, sneezing into the elbow and keeping their hands out of their mouths, eyes and noses are all important habits that guide to the priceless advantage of good health.

Be specially sure to clean hands :

- after using the washroom or changing a diaper
- after touching garbage
- before preparing any food
- after (and before) touching any raw meat
- after blowing your nose or sneezing
- after touching pets
