Toston (Cosmos Sulfureus)
It's my late entry. I've been at my FIL's house for four days; together with other BILs and SILs. Since it's time to gather with all families, I have no much time to sit in the front of laptop, but I don't want to miss this meme.I can see that the wild species growing well here (Bogor, Indonesia). It is a tall (4-6 feet) short-day plant that flowering with orange flowers, rarely yellow.Today's Flowers

Most of the cosmos flowers here are pink, or white, so I love seeing the orange ones! I am SO impressed with the first shot, the macro! It is just superb!!
the flower is familiar to me, I saw that in my grandmas garden way back:).
