Sky Watch : Hand of God Statue
For Sky Watch Friday this week, I still
share a sculpture inside Bogor Palace.
One collection of sculptures that is not
less interesting is the statue of
liberty Hand of God, or better known as
the Free and Freedom statue. The statue was created by a Swedish artist, but unfortunately his name wasn’t known.
The installation of the sculpture
was along with the historical event, namely the
inclusion of the West Irian Province into
the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
This Hand of God sculpture was placed in
the backyard of the Bogor Palace.
