Observing Menstrual Pain



Many women feel pain during menstruation. Actually, this is normal as the pain occurs when the muscles of the uterus move to remove menstrual blood. However, there are types of menstrual pain that can be an indication of serious health problems.

Severe menstrual pain since before until after menstruation may indicate a number of reproductive disorders. Moreover if the pain is accompanied by dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. A woman needs to be checked out since there may be a risk of some health problems. For example, cysts, uterus inflammation, or womb deformity. This pain is usually felt in the pelvis and spine.

Distinguishing types of regular menstrual pain with menstrual pain indicate health problems is not easy to do. In addition to other accompanying symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, there is almost no indication that stands out. So, if it feels unnatural menstrual pain, you should immediately see a doctor for knowing further condition.

For many women, the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome felt disturbing. In addition to the psychological impact like sensitive mood; PMS has indications of abdominal pain, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, and increased or decreased appetite.

Types of food that can be consumed during PMS include brown rice as a source of carbohydrate. Protein can be obtained from dairy products, eggs, and fish that rich in omega3 content. Consumption of vegetable, and fruits rich in vitamins and minerals should not be forgotten.

Abdominal pain does not immediately disappear when you consume these foods. However, consumption of these foods can help maintain hormone balance and stabilize blood sugar.

However, if the menstrual pain is too strong, you should not force yourself to do activities that consume energy. Take a leave from work or school while experiencing menstrual pain was unbearable.
