After all, your Zen is different than those of others, and it will be necessary to focus on the things that make you happy and relaxed.

For some, a bit of hard work and relaxation in the outdoors is what keeps them calm and relaxed. Perhaps there are other things you can enjoy doing as well, just make sure that it should lower your stress levels, and not amplify them. Although many activities are meant to be stress-reducing, there are some that can be quite stressful, which is why you need to make sure to find the best possible solution for you and stick with it lower your overall stress levels.
